30 Days of Biking

Join riders from all over the world for 30 Days of Biking. National bike month is just around the corner (May) and this group of folks want to get people excited for it. They aren’t saying to commute to work by bike or to go do 50 miles. It just means once a day for 30 days, go ride your bike. Even if it’s just around the block.

The theory is that once you do anything for 30 days straight, it becomes a part of your every day life. Get happy, go on a bike ride. If you don’t own a bike, look into a local bike share, borrow a bike from a friend, or rent a bike from your local bike shop!

We’ll be tweeting on @spokehaven every day with a special tweet or photo of our rides. We encourage any Twitter users to tweet a photo or blurb about their ride using the hash tag #30daysofbiking. We’d love to see the topic start trending to raise awareness about the campaign!
